What happens when a reluctant restaurateur starts loving his life’s work, expands his family’s pizza brand, but then gets stopped short by the pandemic? A pivot to pot in a time of crisis.

Join ACG Western Michigan as Davide Uccello of HighTalian Farm and Exclusive Dispensary shares with us his story in the cannabis revolution.

At our February Signature lunch, Davide will dive into the HighTalian story, where we’ll hear about pivoting from pizza to pot during the pandemic, the evolution of cannabis, local initiatives, as well as financing regulations and accounting considerations.From his roots as a member of an Italian farming family, Uccello and his brother learned the value of old-world traditional farming practices they have carried over to HighTalian, a farm providing Michigan’s licensed provisioners with high-quality products.
