Join us as we kick-off our spring/summer luncheon circles with practical tips for practicing mindfulness. Guest speakers, Ashley Yost and Mali Jane of AM Yoga will share insights from their popular teAM program and show us different breathing exercises and mindfulness tips to help increase awareness and bring a calmer state of mind - for the workplace and at home.
