Collaborative Innovation: The Enterprise + Startup Connection

If a corporate partnership is going to be successful, both parties should be able to walk away feeling like they’ve “won.”

Brian Steketee of Modustri will discuss how established businesses can effectively partner with a startup to create new value and market innovations.

Modustri has been successfully working with Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) since 2015 to help Cat’s customers optimize parts performance and accurately understand the health of their equipment using Modustri’s real-time service and measurement technologies, saving hundreds of hours and millions of dollars.

Starting with the initial vetting process, Steketee will discuss how to identify a path toward growth, structure the right deal, and establish a five-year plan, keeping in mind areas of sensitivity including alignment of corporate values, governance of the relationship, and accountability and KPIs.
